What will you do?

In this role, your objective is to ensure and supervise the receipt, internal storage, issue of goods and processing of entries in the system, in compliance with the applicable company protocols.

You will be responsible for carrying out quality control. You derive satisfaction from managing, supervising and motivating the department and employees. Responsibilities galore, as you will ensure that standards are met and oversee the productivity, quality and safety of the department.

You identify problems in time and, as far as possible, solve them within the team. You also reduce failure costs and signal stock changes, (impending) shortages or overruns. You supervise the execution of warehouse procedures according to the work description and ensure a proper transfer of the work. In addition, complying with company protocols and procedures in the field of order and tidiness and safety and the environment is right up your street.

We expect:
As an assistant foreman, it is important that you have at least 3 years' work experience in a production environment. By nature, you have a positive attitude and are good at dealing with people.

• You have MBO working and thinking level.
• You have experience in managing or supervising people.
• You are fluent in the Dutch language.
