Shipping abroad and returns

Free shipping costs in the Netherlands and Belgium for all standard package and cargo orders with an amount more than € 25. We calculate a small fee of € 3,95 shipping and administration costs for orders below € 25.

Shipping costs abroad

Shipping costs outside the Netherlands and Belgium are divided into three Country zones 1, 2, 3, 4.
The standard (extra) delivery time is between 2 till 5 days.

Below you will find the different shipping costs for each Country zone split up in "standard package"and "pallet shipment".

¹ The costs under "pallet shipment" are per pallet. Pallet prices are only calcullated by the following products; heat-recovery units, ventilationsystems with connections of Ø400 or larger, thermoduct- and spiral pipes. The total shipping amount will be automatically calculated in the checkout page. All above mentioned prices are include Value Added Taxes (VAT).

Returns from Country zone 1, 2, 3, 4

It is possible to return products to our warehouse in the Netherlands within a 90-day period. This is on your own costs.

Please contact us at info@ventilatieland.nl before sending the product(s). We will send you a RMA number (Return Merchandise Autorization number).
